Delivery & Shipping
Standard Delivery: All retail items are delivered within 1–2 days.
Orders Over £150: Shipped with recorded delivery.
Bespoke Knives: Sent via UPS sign-for delivery with full tracking. Requires an adult signature upon receipt.
Order Processing: Orders placed after 12 PM will be collected the next day due to the rural location. We aim to get items dispatched within 2-3 days.
Returns Policy
Timeframe: You have 14 days to return an item and will receive a full refund within 7 days. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
